Jido

Overview

Jido (지도 - Map) is a conceptual gallery interface. As users scroll through a grid of photographs, a secondary mini-map actively updates to show the spatial relationship of the images.

The Challenge

Photo galleries often strip away the context of where images were taken. By integrating a sticky mini-map that syncs with scroll progress, users gain a geographical understanding of the photo series.
